Returns & exchanges are not accepted but please contact us if you have problems with your order.
If you receive damaged item, please let us know and we will do whatever we can to make things right. It will be great if you can take pictures of the items upon delivery to help us address it better.

Do you offer Refunds?

Unfortunately, we are not offering refunds at this point. If you receive damaged item, please send us an email along with the photos of the damaged item upon delivery at namaste@thedesichhaap.com and we will try our best to offer

a reasonable solution.
